This is the journal I completed in Mary Ann Moss' online course, "Remains of the Day." I had so much fun making this journal and I have even started to fill it up! I can't wait to start my next journal.
I'm enjoying watching everyone's video's. Everytime I watch one, I think, Oh I need to do that! I am just starting to put my pages together. Late to the class and I'm in the middle of a lace knitting project that I'm testing for a friend, It needs to be done by tomorrow evening. wish I didn't have to work.
Jenny, Your scraps are really fun and different - a speeding ticket, braille writing, fabric you made! I love all the bits of your daily life you've documented so far - your cup of morning coffee, grocery list, photos of your kids. Great ideas! Diana http://www.flickr.com/photos/naturegrl64/
it is gorgeous. every book i see gives me more information on the kinds of things to use. i am getting overwhelmed so i guess i'd better start soon before i freak myself out!
Love your video. what a treat your journal is! And an inspiration. I just love how everyone creates one concept in so many different ways. thanks for sharing.
Jenny this is a terrific video of your book! Thanks for show it page by page. I like how you sewed pieces at the top and bottom then could slip something in for it to hold....making a note! Enjoy filling it up!
Jenny, I love your book. How cool that you included your speeding ticket and grandmother's recipe. What a treasure book you have!!! These videos are awesome. I love this class!!!!!
Love your journal! I really like that you included your son's artwork. I have tons of artwork from my daughter (piles are getting bigger all the time!). I am starting to include some in my work as well. Haven't put any in my ROD journals yet - so I guess I need to make another one!! What a great journal you've made!
